Plot:
The story takes place shortly after the events of the first film. Sergeant Dragon Ma is now a part of the Hong Kong Marine Police and is still determined to rid the city of crime. However, he faces a new challenge when a group of pirates, led by the notorious Captain Pirate, begins terrorizing the waters surrounding Hong Kong.
Dragon Ma, along with his loyal teammates, including Sergeant Fei, played by Yuen Biao, and Inspector Chun, played by Maggie Cheung, are assigned to stop the pirates and bring them to justice. As Dragon Ma investigates, he discovers a deeper conspiracy involving corrupt officials who are secretly aiding the pirates for their own gain.
With time running out and the pirates becoming more daring, Dragon Ma must gather his team and form an unconventional plan to bring down Captain Pirate and the corrupt officials. The action-packed adventure takes the audience through thrilling boat chases, intense fight sequences, and hilarious comedic moments, all trademark elements of Jackie Chan’s films.
